where are f90 .mod meant to be installed? Seems that gfortran seaches
for those files in include dirs:
`-IDIR'
...
This path is also used to search for `.mod' files when previously
compiled modules are required by a `USE' statement.
however these files don't seem to be arch/build independant. Shouldn't they
better be put instead in a %{_libdir} subdir, with name the module name or
something like that?
