  Better BuildRoot tag.
  Don't gzip man pages; let RPM do it.
  Use %{_?smp_mflags}.
  Fixed cups/Makefile to work with SMP make flags.
  Build requires libtiff-devel, libjpeg-devel, libpng-devel, zlib-devel.
