We experimented with not having different test versions.  However since
they're were old versions there, people were highly confused when there
was no new one.  So until we cleanse Bugzilla and get a fresh start,
we'll continue making new versions.

Yeah, probably should change that.  Good catch, although it should be
product-Fedora@version=devel@blocked=F8Test1
