I've seen similar, only on slightly earlier versions of stuff...

Make sure You are using the very latest driver (i810 in my case).

If you're using an analog (VGA) connection to the monitor, make sure the
cable is of a good quality. This is actually the one that solved things
for me. The original cable was not broken as such, just a very cheap cable.

The machine workes fine if I boot to F7. and it had worked FC4 till F8T1.
