Due to a naming conflict with Red Carpet User tool interface to YUM (http://code.google.com/p/rum/), I have decided to rename the Fedora Offline Package Manager (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/DebarshiRay/rum) to Opyum. Opyum (pronounced 'opium') stands for Offline Package manager using YUM.
