You calculated the the reduction of boottime.

I would calculate the speedup this way:

Bootspeed = 1/(Time to boot)

normal speed = 10/85
parralel startup speed = 10/60

Speedup in percent: 10/60 / 10/85 * 100 = 141.67 %

Speed is 141.67 % of the old speed which gives a 41.67 speedup. The old speed is the reference aka 1 aka 100%.

140% speedup is more than twice as fast.
