Okay, but one can still install it from source for the time being.
On second thoughts, creating a RPM may not be possible since one has to patch /usr/lib/python2.5/site-packages/__init__.py for the Offline Package Manager to work. The patch does not disrupt the normal behaviour of Pirut and has been accepted by Jeremy Katz, but it will only appear in Pirut 1.3.9.
