I see 3 options (given the package has been approved already):
1. find a maintainer willing to own it (maybe the person who reviewed)
2. mark it dead in CVS
3. drop the FE-ACCEPT blocker (and lose the reviewing work...)

Yea, I'm still unsure how to handle EPEL and OLPC only packages.
Should they be listed in owners.list ?
pro: they are part of the Fedora project
con: they do not appear in the Fedora package collection itself

Thoughts ?
