3.91.0 will also build without redland, you'll not get the Nepomuk stuff 
though. I don't know if Amarok 2 works without Nepomuk.

Redland alone isn't enough, by the way, we also need Soprano, a Qt binding for 
Redland: http://soprano.sourceforge.net/

By the way, I've updated Thomas Vander Stichele's redland specfile to 1.0.5:

The current version is 1.0.6, but that needs updates of raptor and rasqal too.
