bugs can be marked as private, for various reasons, like security-sensitive
issues.


In this case it concerns renaming a translation module so that
translator scripts are easier to write and maintain. I'm not sure how
that relates to anything private.

It is being closed against RHEL which frequently does have confidential information. Fedora bug should just be tracked independently IMO and the bug reopened.
