Yeah, somehow I found that link the other day, and thought it needed
to be reworked somewhat.  That doc is nice in that works regardless of
any new features Fedora Infrastructure provides (like mirrormanager),
and is good for anyone anywhere that has a copy of the packages,
either from media or downloaded.  But it could certainly be enhanced
to describe using the publicly available mirrors to keep your own tree
up-to-date, as well as pointers to perhaps another doc describing how
to use MirrorManager.
