F7: action when hardware event is generated (ex acpid package)

What have substitute acpid service in F7?

My server system work in 'init 3' mode:

Howto I can configure the "substitute of acpid" for execute some action
when a hardware event (like poweroff button pressed) is generate from
ACPI?

Or I must reinstall acpid (yum install acpid)?
