I'm glad I didn't know that before I started using NM with the ipw3945
driver. :)

It's been working well for me since FC5.  In the little testing I've
done with F7, it still works (the ipw3945 that is).

I have not had any luck with the newer iwl3945 driver, though I
haven't tested anything newer than 2.6.21-1.3167.fc7.

FWIW, my AP is a Linksys WRT54GX2 with firmware 1.01.14, using WPA2.
