You can rebuild after the CVS branch and it will be tagged with dist-fc7-updates-candidate. Then using bodhi, you can promote this to -testing, and further on to -final which would then tag it with dist-fc7-updates and show up in the updates repo and be available to the buildroot. If you don't use bodhi, then the build sits there and collects dust. There will be lots of questions on this, and the Bodhi developer will have some documentation explaining this when it's ready.
