Are you sure about this? IANAL, but in Germany (maybe it is EU law) one has to include this kind of information[1] in (some)[2] business letters (including e-mail)[3]. And normally including it in the header is at least a grey zone[4] and still can cause a lot of trouble to a company, because of "warning letters" with a demand to give a "declaration of discontinuance with a penalty clause" (in German: Abmahnung mit strafbewerter Unterlassungserklärung) that can be written by any competitor and cost the receiving company money. Regards, Till [1] Including the full list of directors. [2] Maybe it is not needed in a mail to a mailing list, but who really knows these days. [3] And maybe even short messages (sms) (messages sent from mobile phones that are normally restricted to 160 characters). [4] Because it is not assurred that the headers are displayed in every e-mail client. Otherwise the Organization-Header may be sufficient, which seems to be also used by some UK RedHat employees. -- fedora-devel-list mailing list fedora-devel-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list
