Syncing of Bugzilla Components

I'm just wondering if there is any indication of when new packages
php-magpierss, netgen, widelands, ocaml-SDL etc etc etc will be synced
up to Bugzilla?

I've been told that previously the syncs were based on the owners.list
changes (which is fair enough), and have had to be disabled to avoid
duplication of packages such as binutils.

So basically, I'm just wondering where this sits on the timeline (no
entry for Bugzilla changes is listed on
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Infrastructure/CoreExtrasMerge).

Thanks,

N.J.
