I wonder if it is time to discuss whether we want deltarpm's to be 
distributed by default on the mirrors, or to enable it by default in 
Fedora's yum.

Perhaps it is too late to do this for Fedora 7, and adding it to the 
mirrors might be best to do when the mirror layout changes for the 
merged distribution.
