yum-presto-0.3.7-1.noarch.rpm problems on Rawhide.

I have installed deltarpms package (deltarpm-3.4-1.fc7) but when I install the yum-presto package yum-presto-0.3.7-1.noarch.rpm, and then run yum update or yum check-update, yum quits with the following lines of errors:
