Several packages use the "locolor" icon tree. But unlike with the
hicolor-icon-theme package, nothing comparable owns the locolor
directories. Especially in non-KDE installations, this results in unowned
directories.

/usr/share/icons/locolor/16x16
/usr/share/icons/locolor/16x16/apps
/usr/share/icons/locolor/16x16/mimetypes
/usr/share/icons/locolor/32x32
/usr/share/icons/locolor/32x32/apps
/usr/share/icons/locolor/32x32/mimetypes
