Doubtful, because "all" includes "packages". At least on FC-6.
And you don't want to kill the cached packages, but just headers
and metadata, so cleaning "headers", "metadata" and "dbcache"
looks promising.

But with updated repository metadata this should not be necessary
at all. What is wrong?
