I would really like to see an "autorecovery" button which went through
the basic processes that are used in recovery

It would run
	rpm verify and filter it for app problems
	clean up any rpm locks/mess
	dependancy check and essential package check
	replace packages where possible via net or the CD as last resort
		when faulty
	restore critical missing packages

Then allow a kernel/initrd regenerate
