FYI: Jpackage [1] has been packaging SUN's java (distributed as
a .nosrc.rpm that reuires SUN's .bin file to build the .rpm) for a long
time. Seems to play nice with alternatives, naming, location of files
etc. Perhaps worth a look for Fedora 7?
