Well, to be precise, I have never reviewed it, I only commented on it. 

Apart from apparent packaging issues (headers, static libs), which have
not been addressed so far, I am sensing a pretty large gap between
elektra's claims (I perceived their proponents to be very aggressively
marketing their package) and reality (Otherwise it probably already
would be in Fedora as requirement of another package ;) ).
