Didn't realize CVS is this old in Fedora. I'd also like to see an
update. Thanks.

1.11.22 is the latest release of cvs from their stable branch: being
released in July I can hardly call it "old".
Please note that, despite having an even release number, 1.12.x is a
"feature" branch (and the last release from that branch is from July
as well)
