We closed down some lists:

fedora-config-list
fedora-patches-list
fedora-tools-list

The users of these lists accidentally got assigned to fedora-devel-list.

Ah ok. I think the IT team misunderstood the mail I send to them to close down these unused lists and redirect users to fedora-devel list. I guess I should have been more explicit that I merely wanted a announcement and a notice to future subscribers to discuss things in fedora-devel list and not a mass resubscription.
