You should file a bug against git-core.  If curl changed enough, it
might take more than a rebuild (though I would be surprised in this
case).

Do note though, you're running rawhide and breakage is normal.  It might
take a while to get it fixed, and then it might break the next day
again.

As a short-term workaround, you might try installing my libcurl7155 (aka compat-libcurl) package, which provides a parallel-installable libcurl.so.3:
