Executable bit set on some files at ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com

Browsing ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com I've found that some files has executable bit set on.

Consider (using cmdline ftp, or MC, or another UN*X-oriented ftp client):

Is it some kind of mess, or it has some special meaning? 8)

Does used ftp-server support umask?

Someone just used a flash with fat filesystem to move files?
