It shouldn't need rebuilding -- we changed to bluez-libs-3 a while ago, specifically so that no soname changes would be required when we later updated the rest.
Sorry, only queried my bluez-utils and wrongly thought that the 2 tracked one another. So it will and update of the utils and the gnome stuff.
