Here, I still only get ibiblio:

$ links --source
"http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=rawhide&arch=i386&country=global";
# repo = rawhide country = global arch = i386 
http://distro.ibiblio.org/pub/linux/distributions/fedora/linux/core/development/$ARCH/os/

But the main problem is if I try with a non-existent country:
- try:

http://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/mirrorlist?repo=rawhide&arch=i386&country=NO

This used to just return an empty page, and I had
...country=NO,SE,DK,FI,global" to make sure I got a mirror closer than
"global" if one was available.
(And this used to work).
