No, that's not the issue. The issue is that we're actively developing GNU
Classpath's security infrastructure, but we're not ready to declare it secure yet.
so we can't just leave
the .so file there, we have to not package it at all.
I would like to leave the .so file so that adventurous users can install the
symlink by hand.
