It switches mirror, loads the files and after all the downloads > it exits. Yeah its been doing this for a while. This just makes the "switch to another mirror" feature make even less sense. Why would anyone want it to switch to another mirror, but then NOT install the packages? The ability to force a mirror switch is handy, but ctrl-c is the wrong key for it. How about escape instead?
