Know problem with all composite / AigGLX / XGL implementations.
Just add "XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1" before the rdesktop/tlsclient
command line.
(E.g. XLIB_SKIP_ARGB_VISUALS=1 rdesktop win_machine -g 1024x768)

Yes, just found that in
http://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=140511 and it
mentions that it was fixed in xcompmgr. Can the same fix be used for
compiz?

Also noticed that if you maximize some windows (gnome-terminal
especially) that they don't fully maximize, I presume this is also a
known bug too?
