Unfortunately I lost the CD that came with my monitor and I was unable
to find the download anywhere online.

You need to attach the .INF file from the CD/floppy which came with
the display (or alternatively has been downloaded from the
manufacturer's website) and attach it to the bug report, so that it
can be ran through inf2mondb.py and added to the database.  This
has the additional benefit of adding support for all other BenQ
displays which are currently absent from the database.
