This one -breaks- "pygtk2-2.9.1-3", and subsequently, many applications such as "pirut" and "system-config-*" stop working. Moreover, "API" changes prevent a rebuild of "pygtk2-2.9.1-3". Downgrading to "gtk2-2.9.3-4" allows to recover a working system as well as to rebuild "pygtk2-2.9.1-3".
