Yes I put NFS in there.  It actually does mount it.  Here is the output:

[root@myhost ~]# xenguest-install.py
What is the name of your virtual machine? myhost2
 How much RAM should be allocated (in megabytes)? 256
 What would you like to use as the disk (path)? /xen/myhost2
 What is the install location? nfs:myserver:/images/fedora/fc5
Invalid NFS location given

[root@myhost ~]# df -t nfs
Filesystem           1K-blocks      Used Available Use% Mounted on
myserver:/images/fedora/fc5
                     421073536 111936288 287747936  29% /var/lib/xen/xennfs.xm-YwG
