1.  Have a look at the email "rawhide report: 20060617 changes" and
verify that your local mirror has the versions of the files updated in
that push.

2.  From the images/ directory on said mirror burn boot.iso to a CD,
e.g.
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/os/images/boot.iso

3.  Boot off your new CD

4.  Choose your install method

5.  Configure TCP/IP and point at your local mirror from step 1

6.  Drink coffee, eat sugary snack

7.  while(install); do 6; done
