I have no idea what changed, but all 3 of the computers now have sane
deps when asked to install GD or Samba. Oh well..

Ah, same problem on here....

This is related to nx problem. nx falsely provided libX11.so.6, which caused the subsequent installation of packages needed by nx.

Rick Stout fixed this problem by nx-1.5.0-10.fc5, so when this version of nx is pushed, this problem will be resolved.
