https://bugzilla.redhat.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=193954 When I install amavisd-new from Fedora Extras on a freshly installed machine group amavis will get GID 500. The -r option to the useradd command in the preinst script should give it a GID <500 and will do so if I purge the package, delete the account, and reinstall it. Not sure if this is a problem with useradd. I filed the above bugzilla against amavisd-new for lack of a better target (I haven't seen the same bug with any other package). -- http://www.coker.com.au/selinux/ My NSA Security Enhanced Linux packages http://www.coker.com.au/bonnie++/ Bonnie++ hard drive benchmark http://www.coker.com.au/postal/ Postal SMTP/POP benchmark http://www.coker.com.au/~russell/ My home page -- fedora-devel-list mailing list fedora-devel-list@xxxxxxxxxx https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/fedora-devel-list
