Is yum fix coming?

Hi folks,

Been ignoring these errors for a couple of months because I saw a few
messages go by saying this was a known problem that was being worked on.

However, it's getting a bit annoying having to run yum 15 or 20 times
to complete an update. It errors out with different messages each time,
but usually they're of the form:

http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/core/development/i386/Fedora/RPMS/SDL-1.2.10-1.i386.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404: Date: Tue, 23 May 2006 12:54:09 GMT
Server: Apache/2.0.46 (Red Hat)
Content-Length: 378
Connection: close
Content-Type: text/html; charset=iso-8859-1
Trying other mirror.
Error: failure: Fedora/RPMS/SDL-1.2.10-1.i386.rpm from development: [Errno 256] No more mirrors to try.

This is with yum 2.6.1-1. Is there relief on the way for this issue?

Sean
