I'm looking into this problem now. If you are not using any MCS translations, I'd
recommend just doing "chkconfig --del mcstrans" for the time being. We should
have fixed packages later today.

Turns out to be a 64 bit problem. libselinux was using 32 bit int, and
mctrans was expecting 64 bit int for size.
Fixed version will be in tonights rawhide, available now at
ftp://people.redhat.com/dwalsh/SELinux/Fedora
