Enable autoscroll.

Whenever I start a fresh Firefox install the first thing I do is
about:config, type 'middle' in the search box, and disable
middlemouse.contentLoadURL. This is set like this on UNIX platforms
because they think we will want to use middle mouse pasting to load
urls. Personally I think being able to close a tab is much more
useful.

Redhat replaces all of Firefox's default bookmarks instead of just
adding to them :(.
