Why do you continue reiterating the assumption that there is no patent
block on mp3 decoders? You have been repeatedly told that decoder
royalties do in fact exist and you have publicly acknowledged that
your original assertion they patent royalties on the decoders did not
exist was a false assumption based on errenous information on your
part.  Please stop dragging the discussion backwards by bringing up
the point about decoder patents that you know now to be false. I
personally feel by resurrecting the issue of decoder patents..again...
you are acting in bad faith in this discussion and are delibrately
misleading people who still give your comments on these matters enough
weight to not fact check what you are saying. Stop.
