In addition to the move, the page now also has an admonition to make it clear that it is a single person's opinion. Other than being an opinion and not an official policy, it doesn't do anything to violate our policies. The wiki has a few different pieces that are based upon opinions, and those opinions are worth sharing. As long as they are relevant, appropriately marked, and not in an inappropriate context, I don't see a problem with allowing them.
