platform ( which is good ). That means the Linux Flash Player version 7
has the above vulnerability, and a fix will not be available until
Player 8.5 is available for Linux.

Thankfully, no.

Our company has a distribution license, so I get installers from a different URL. I had looked only at the date in the read me file of the Linux installer ( January 2006 ) and not specifically at the version number.

Again I stand corrected, thank you.
