Tremor is the now BSD-licensed _fixed-point_ Ogg Vorbis decoder, specifically geared toward processors which don't have any floating-point capabilities. The units that do play Ogg Vorbis are not necessarily any more powerful than the others, but of course they need enough memory for firmware.
