Livna provides things which are legal in the country that Livna resides
in.  If it is illegal in the country that Livna exists in, Livna will
not ship it.  So the entire 'make it work' stack may not be hostable by
Livna.

Fedora by design wants to make it work using FOSS, free and opensource
software.  Anything beyond that is beyond the stated goals of the Fedora
Project.
