Well, now that you mention it... :) If I point the native Eclipse to one of my workspaces that I created (and worked in) with the Java Eclipse, it doesn't recognize it as a workspace at all, and gives me the Welcome screen. Trying to "Switch workspace" from the File menu has the same effect.
