Below are two older buggs about CD problems that are worked around by using "linux ide=nodma" to start an install. I needed to use this to install FC5 test3 on one of my boxes. It apparently is a kernel problem that has been hanging around for quite a while.

Would this be appropriate for that Common Bugs page?

I dont want to list all the bugs on that page. Just the common ones. I
havent seen the above discussed anywhere in the lists or forums for FC5.
So I think these arent common. Besides onne of these is filed against
RHEL 4 and other one is closed as CANTFIX. I am not going to list these
unless they are tracked under FC5.
