Still having problems with kernel-2.6.15-1.2064_FC6

Kernel kernel-2.6.15-1.2064_FC6 still have the most anoying problems when working with ASUS P4S800-MX SE:

It identifies de network device. But eth0 does not work and in the /var/messages we have really lots of:

Not being able to test kernels newer than Linux terra.intramundi 2.6.15-1.2009.4.2_FC5 #1 Thu Mar 2 18:10:16 EST 2006 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux seems to be a real major setback...

By the other side, ASUS motherboards are common enough to attract atention from kernel developers... So, what is going so wrong with it that we have almost two months of uncompliance????

By the way.. there are also other setbacks: videodev does not work, so OV511 devices (like webcams) stay stoned deeeaaad.
