A major problem with wiki FAQs is that the user must be on-line to use them, which can be a problem if getting on-line is the problem. Perhaps something like TiddlyWiki (http://www.tiddlywiki.com/) can be used to get around this problem and help with other general usage of Fedora Core too. The only requirement would be to have firefox be part of the default session setup. TiddlyWiki runs self contained within it's own web page using Javascript. No other software is needed. Only images are kept separately (in separate files, as usual for web pages).
